Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account, your password and activity performed through your account. You must meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You must own that content or have all permissions needed to publish and distribute it. By uploading content, you authorize MYXHUB to store, process, transcode and display it as needed to operate the service.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload or distribute illegal content; content involving the abuse or exploitation of minors; non-consensual intimate material; threats or targeted harassment; malware; fraud; or material that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights. Do not manipulate views, advertising impressions or platform systems.

Moderation

We may restrict, unlist or remove content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law or maintain the service. Reports may be reviewed before action is taken.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur.
